Terms of Service

By using Portfoliya.uz services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. General Provisions

The Portfoliya.uz platform allows users to create personal portfolio pages. To use the site, you must be at least 13 years old or have parental consent.

2. Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account. You must notify us immediately if you notice any unauthorized use of your account.

"It is recommended that each user maintains only one account."

3. Payments and Refunds

Payments for Pro plans are made in advance.

Services are activated automatically once payment is confirmed.
In case of technical errors, you can request a refund within 48 hours.
If a subscription is canceled, payments made for the current month are non-refundable.

4. User Content

You are solely responsible for all data (images, text) you upload. The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

5. Termination of Service

Portfoliya.uz reserves the right to delete or temporarily block accounts of users who violate the rules without prior notice.
